Bottled March 2021. Amber, moderate hazy body, with a big, fluffy, slightly yellowish head.
Aroma of funk, wine barrel, wood, yellow grapes, stone fruits, sone citrus. Tastes similar.
Medium mouthfeel, with a moderate carbonation. Finishes dry, wooden, vinous, funky, citric, with smoorh grapes.
Extremely well balanced and smooth to drink. Perfect harmony of vinous and funky notes, got better and better the longer it was in the glass.

0,75l bottle shared at Ammutson. Dark yellow hazy color, medium big white head. smells funky, grassy, oak, earthy, dusty, lightly vinous, very nice funky notes. full body soft carbonation. tastes citric, grassy, earthy, funky, oak, walnut, vinous, light stone fruits, phenolic, hints of red berry notes. finishes lightly dry and lightly sour with notes of funk, oak and vinous notes. Very, very lovely. Very well rounded do smooth. Had this just after Puffeney and had Hardegg the other week. This one is my favorite, super smooth and so well rounded, more of a classical Geuze than the other two, on the vinous side of things. Great great beer

Sour and tart, fruity, dry. Lots of oak, stone fruit, medium acidity. Excellent.
