(Draft at Protokoll, Berlin, 18 July 2025) Reddish amber colour with frothy, tan head. Malty, hoppy nose with caramel, dried fruit, crisp-bread and toast. Malty, slightly hoppy taste with notes of caramel, bread, orange peel, dried fruit, black-currant and a balanced citric/resiny bitterness. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Tasty and well balanced. Nice one.

From tap. Pours deep amber, huge off white head. Aroma is toasted mslt. Breadish to caramelish. Breadish, light caramelish. Bitter. Subdued sweet malty. Breadish and light sweet finish. Medium dry far finish.
