OK, I've been to the brewery and had a bunch of taps in a couple of days, I think this may be the first gizmo can I can remember. Foamed all over the place when I tried to pour it from a can, what a mess. Looks like a hazy IPA, no fun colors in this blueberry drink. The first taste is rather alky rude initially and I'm having difficulty getting any of the blueberry in there. It actually tastes a little harsher than the 6.5% listed her, fer-sher. Decent co2 out of the can but it is quite in yer face with the volatile alky attributes. Yea, in the middle I do start to detect some dull fruit, but it certainly is not identifiable as blueberries. I'm not sure if it even has any saison attributes at all. It comes across more like cheaper high alky fruit beer. Need a few more manners. JMHO. There you have it.

10 day old can A: Almost hazy rich gold with a short, fast falling head. Stringy lace. S: Beautiful. Fresh tart blueberries with faint banana bread beneath. T: Mildly tart, mostly sweet flavors thick with blueberry, yeast and grains. Ends sweet with some alcohol. No discernible hop presence. M: Round bodied with warming alcohol and light grainy astringency. O: OK but could be better balanced. Too much sweet blueberry puree.

Draught at the brewery, 8/28/21.
Clear, pale, brass-tinted golden with little/no head.
Very heavy blueberry nose. Not cheap/syrupy or anything, really, but just utterly dominated by the blueberry notes. No real sense of what beer is underneath it.
Flavor is more of the same; dominated by blueberry, quite sweet, as well, with a touch of light bitterness on the finish but not too much else here. Maybe some mild Belgian ester/phenol. It's clean at least, and I like the blueberries for what they are, but the beer as a whole is just mostly that. Very light-bodied, no alcohol or flaw noted.

Draft Brass Tap. Clear yellow color white head. Nice perfume and flowers aroma. Taste is floral with subtle berries and light funk. Delicious.
