750ml wired cork bottle from Willie Smiths. Opened with a pop. Orangey gold colour, short-lived white foam head and aroma of apple, fruit, funk. Taste is sweetish, appley, fleshy fruity, tropical hints, with wood, barnyard funk, some tartness and drying tannins. Medium bodied, light carbonation, drying tart & tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
