AROMA: medium to medium-high cereal aroma with malty-sweet notes. low herbaceous hop notes. APPEARANCE: light yellow color and hazy. medium white head, creamy, with good retention. TASTE: initial medium-low malty-sweet notes with low diacetyl. some faint fruity esters. hop flavor absent. medium bitterness with a semi-dry to dry finish. MOUTHFELL: medium body with medium carbonation. alcoholic warmth but not hot. slight astringency. OVERALL: a "strong lager" with more interesting aroma and a bit underwhelming flavor (and some off-flavours).
