Les houblons Amarillo, Vista, Galaxy et Motueka révèlent un mélange d’arômes exotiques de papaye, de melon miel et de pêche, malgré sa faible teneur en alcool. Voici un secret moins bien gardé que celui de la rivière secrète.

Medium hazed, golden-yellow colour with a white cap, decent stay and foamy lacing streaks. Some nice peach aromas with the milder citrus notes, and eventually, some vanilla. A juicy mouthfeel with mostly citrus flavours, a touch of tropical-stone fruits and very mild, zest-dryness in the finish. Not a bad, refreshing Session NEIPA that gets better as it goes, and makes you forget it is only 4% ABV.

Hazy yellow with a creamy, white head. Lime and grapefruit aroma. Taste is bitter and citric with a mild tartness at the finish. Body to the light side of medium, moderate carbonation, mildly watery. Refreshing in a manner. Ok.
