Cat and dog, like Daryl Hall & John Oates in the ’80s: a unique duo that complements each other perfectly. That’s how Mosaic and Galaxy hops come together in this IPA, releasing aromas of ripe stone fruit and white grape that flood the senses.
We’ve added oats and lactose at different stages of the brewing process of this beer to create a creamy texture and a smooth, velvety mouthfeel

440 ml can, as Basqueland Make My Dreams Oat Cream IPA, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 7%. Slightly hazy golden colour, moderate to small white head. Aroma of malts, dust, citrus and oatmeal, a hint of tropical fruits. Citric but fairly smooth mouthfeel. Flavour of citrus, oatmeal and moderate lactose, not too sweet. Low bitterness. Decent beer.

On tap at the Bear, Paddington on 8th August 2025. Hazy lemon yellow with lasting white foam affording scant lacing. Sophisticated citrus aroma. Limoncello and tangerine peel in-mouth, and a finish of pithy citrus juices against a backdrop of zesty peels. Zingy mouthfeel and a medium body.
