This blend was lightly dry hopped with Saaz and Goldings in the blending tank for 2 days at ambient temperature, before being primed with cane sugar and a small portion of the mixed culture to aid in bottle refermentation.
The name - Vidal (Vye-dhal) is the beach we went camping on every holiday. Both my parents were teachers so we had long camping holidays growing up. The beach is great for fishing and it is situated on a nature reserve so there is plenty of wildlife around.

Bottle bought at the OG Hop Locker and consumed at CBJ Tasting. Cloudy pale gold. Thin foamy white head. Aroma has low key dankness. Sour and citrusy and vinous. Sherbert. Light. Thin. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Nice .

Nice stuff, low funk, mellow acidity, dirty straw, dried lemon peel. Cheers to the Bearded Avenger.

Bottle share at CBJ. Thanks to the Bearded Avenger. A light haze on this yellowish gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Airy palate, semi dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Floral fruits. Lemony tartness, flirting with acid. A mild malt base. Light and semi dry finish. Not bad, tad acidic but still quite tasty.

Bottle split at the Craft Beer Junction tasting, thanks to The Bearded Avenger, 29/01/2026.
Hazed orange topped with an off white cap that thins to a swirl.
Nose is pissy citric shreds, damp cloth, green berry funk.
Taste comprises barnyard tones, damp hay, lemon rind, vinous.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close with a balanced acidic rise.
Tidy.
