75 cl-flaska delad på Beer-Ditch stora Brekerietprovning med bröderna Ek. Smak och doft av humle, citrus, brett och citrusskal. Mycket humle, stor kropp, fruktig, fin beska, torr, bra balans mellan aromerna. Mycket gott!

75 cl-flaska delad på Beerditch stora Brekerietprovning med bröderna Ek. Större kropp och fylligare men också mer humlad. Massor av citrus och bra bett i beskan och tydlugare brettkaraktär. Riktigt snygg och väldigt god.

Draft. A hazy golden beer with a lazing yellowish head. The aroma has notes of brettanomyces, lemons, and dusty hops. The flavor is acidic with notes of lemons, brettanomyces, fruity hops, and dust, leading to a tart finish.

Draught @ Mig og Ølsnedkeren. Pours slightly hazy golden with an offwhite head. Aroma of light malt, sourness, yeast, light sweet, oak, fruit, grapes, some alcohol. Flavor is light sourness, light malt, wheat, yeasty, oak, little sweet, fruit, citrus, alcohol. Medium body, soft to average carbonation, light acidic finish. 210416

On tap at Christian Firtal. Hazy golden with a lasting white head. Nice funky brett aroma with a touch of grass. Sweetish tart flavour with funk and fruit and a strong popcorn note

Tap @ C4, Odense. Pours cloudy golden with a white head. Cellar and dust. Green apples. Vomit. Paperish. Unclean in a very unclean Way. Marzipan and Almond. Dusty filth.

Bottle 750ml. @ Brekeriet Brewery, Djurslövsvägen 22, Staffanstorp, Sweden 245 93 - [ during RBESG15 ]. [ As Brekeriet Doble ].Hazy matt medium orange color with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate hoppy, grass - hay, moderate yeasty, barnyard, leather, brett, funky, geuze alike. Flavor is moderate sweet, moderate acidic and moderate to heavy bitter with a long duration, dry, hop bitter, grapes, barnyard, cheese. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft to flat. Bottle at Danish Ratebeer Summer Gathering 2015, Ulfborg. Pours cloudy yellow golden with a small white head. Aroma of tart fruits, barnyard funk, light manure, musty notes and dank cellar. Flavour is moderate sour. Medium bodied with light carbonation.
