Schell’s Firebrick, a refreshing Vienna-style amber lager, is named after the bricks that line the old boilers. It has a hint of hops combined with a subtly maltiness that creates a mild, pleasantly drinkable beer.

Bottle/Fest. A- Caramel, malty, slightly sweet. A- Amber color, clear liquid, off white head. T- Caramel, malty, sweet, mild grains. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- A no frills beer that does the style justice. Very drinkable even if it's not a hot new craze type of beer. Perhaps a touch on the sweet side but not bad at all.

Very similar to their Oktoberfest perhaps a shade darker in a touch more roasty. Like with a lot of Schell beers a short-lived head with no lace.

Bottle: Clear, dark amber, with a thick, off-white head. Caramel, lightly toasty aroma. Taste is sweet caramel malt..... Mild, nicely carbonated.....fairly solid, but simple.

Bottle. Pours clear copper, small beige head, decent residual and lacing. Aroma is a bit unappetizing, caramel, rotting grass, corn syrup. Flavor is much better, medium sweet, light bitter, corn and caramel. Medium body.
