Created from the highest quality multiflower honey. Matured by aging. The alcohol content is around 15%. The ideal harmony of apple and honey combine in such a way that will please even the most fastidious of tastes.
Awarded many medals including:
gold medal at the 12th All-Poland Wine and Drinking Honey Contest in Ciechocinek, Poland in 2003 organized by the Winery and Meadery Council of Poland;
Gold medal at the International Festival of Meadery in Boulder, U.S.A. in 2007;
Silver medal at the International Meadery Competition „Mazer Cup” In Boulder, U.S.A. 2009.
Poured and sold in ceramic bottles of 750 ml and glass bottles of 750 ml.

Bottle sample at Miodosytnia, pours a clear straw colour. Nose is complex, with lots of sweet honey nectar, a little bees wax and some treacle. Flavour really brings out a wonderful honey character, with lots of syrup, loving bees wax, and treacle. Intensely sweet but amazingly well-balanced. Phenomenal.

Bottle (thanks kuba). Pours golden. Aroma is apple, sweet, fruity, booze. Flavor is sweet, sour, apple wine, slight acetone, honey. Finish sweet and natural honey. Overall: nice, but too sweet.

From the meadery in Lazisko. Jasna barwa malo zmetniona, zapach jablkowo cebulowy. W smaku delikatne i malo slodkie. Miodowe ale nie za slodkie, tak jakby powiedzmy pol wytrawny miod pitny. W miare ok, ale liczylem na nieco wiecej

Bottle 750ml. Ceramic @ [ Danish Ratebeer Summer Gathering 2015 (TEODRBSG15) ] - fonefan & Brugmansia House, Denmark. [ As Dwojniak Jablkowy ].Clear medium orange yellow color with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy honey, sweet honey, raisin, wood. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, raisin, honey. Body is medium, texture is syrupy, carbonation is flat, finish feel is light alcoholic. [20150829]
