A single varietal cider made using very rare Harrison apples from our estate orchard. This cider has the varietal’s typical high acidity and a bright citrus profile. Soft tannin profile with a marmalade finish. Almost a sparkling orange wine.
Harrison is one of the few true North American cider apples and was documented as early as 1808 for cider in New Jersey/NYC. The variety was thought lost post Prohibition until rediscovered recently. Loch Mór Cider is the first Canadian commercial orchard with this variety.

A golden cider with aroma of sweet apple jam with light acidity and mineral notes. In mouth, sweet fruity apple juice with light acidity and mineral chalky character, a tad light bodied.
