We’re expecting stampedes of mixed berry, lychee, and peach to trample through the sip. Layers of dankness and some resinous bitterness should balance everything out, making for a seriously balanced and crushable finish.

Can, from Warehouse Liquors, Chicago IL. Extremely hazy lemon yellow with a small frothy off-white head, adequate carbonation, pineapple-mango aroma, medium bitter mango-citrus taste with pineapple flavor, thin body, long medium bitter finish. Decent NEIPA.

16oz can from Tavour. Hazy yellow pour, standard foamy head. Light, bready aroma, hint of citrus. Taste is light grapefruit, lemon, citrusy, mildly zesty.

Can from Tavour. Pours slightly hazy gold with a slight, transient white head. Aroma has a hint of green onion and some resin. Med body. Juicy but only mildly sugary. Bitter in a herbal/resin way. Resin, green onion, lychee and some other things. The bitterness has a slight but persisting bite. A bit off the beaten path to me, but the flavor is really nice and the persistence is pleasing.

Aromas are an odd blend of citrus, skunk, mint, earth and a little MJ. Flavors are similar to nose with good balance between sweet, bitter and slightly soft carbonation. I guess I do pick up a little bit of the jungle of Gondwana.

Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a cloudy yellow with a white head that dissipates quickly to the edges and laces slightly. Aroma has onion and sweet citrus with some rind and sweet grains underlying. Flavor has sweet citrus and light rind with some onion and sweet grains supporting.
