12 ounce bottle. Hazy orange yellow, thin fizzy tan head, poor retention. Aroma of lemon, lacto, yeast, hops. The taste is lemon juice, white grape, pale malt. Medium bodied, lingering tartness.

12 oz bottle from the Beer Camp 2017 pack. The beer is a pale yellow gold color. Slight haze but pretty much clear. Smallish white head, sorta fizzy. The aroma is an interesting mix of lightly sour fruitiness. Lemons, banana bread, lime, pine, light clove. Fun mix of berliner sourness with wheat beer action in the background. Lightly tart with fairly dry with a gentle sweetness underneath. Very smooth on the palate. Light body. The tartness is mild and refreshing. No real pucker here. No deeper funk or more interesting stuff going on but it’s an enjoyable, well made and easy drinking berliner.

12 oz bottles. Taste comprises more pear drop, lactic tang, straw, pissy. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a touch of acidity. Mild lactic acid. Ok but not great for style.

Poured from bottle thanks John dated 4/18/17 light golden with a receding white head. Aromas of tart lemon grain floral notes. Taste is lightly tart thin wheat and lacto.

Bottle from a Lazy Dog Fairly clear light golden color with a thin white head that quickly dissipates. Lemony spicy earthy starchy tart on the nose. Tart lemony flavor dominates. Bits of cardboard and wet dog initially are a bit distracting but dissipate quickly. Earthy starchy resinous flavor rounds this out. First impressions were suspect, but this became a tart refreshing beer after all.
