In the XVIIII century Irish brewers started making darker and stronger beers tan the ones commonly known. The new style was called Stout, because of its great body and its flavor of toasted malt.

Bottle 0.355l from El Grifo, Tulum. Cloudy, dark red to black colored. AROMA- strongly roasted, maybe slight touch of smoke, chocolate, coffee, pralines. FLAVOR- neutral, moderately bitter, roasted, earthy, coffee, chocolate. Medium bodied. Good Irish stout.

Very dark brown. Thin head. Fudgey, chocolatey aroma. Soft, fudgey taste, sweet & mellow. Easy-drinking sweet stout.
