(On tap @ Paradise Grapevine, Toronto, Sept 27/19) Pours lightly hazed medium gold with a nice white head and a little lace. Notes of tart orange and big barnyard mulchy earthy funk with back-tones of floral tropical fruit, fresh conifers, cannabis, wood, dry and subtle cereals, definitely hop and funk forward, finish crisps up a little with cereals and a bit of saison type yeastiness creeping in, lingering grassy fruity hops in the aftertaste but bitterness is light. Medium-plus body, smooth carbonation, a bit slick. Nice hopped saison, heavy funk at times but good bright hopping and careful attention to balance. Refreshing and complex.

Bretty citrusy finish, soft saison front, hops and Brett are delish in this. Real fruity hop notes, dry brett notes on nose, nice blend of flavors. I'll be back holy mountain, miss yah.

Draft at As Is. Slightly unclear golden color with a thick white head and heavy lacing. Big, funky flavor. Drinks tasty, slightly vinegary as well. Overall, the mix seems to work. Tons of yeast flavor progression going on. Quality stuff.
