Bottle: pours gold with a white head. Aroma is light funk, citrusy notes, earthy elements. Taste is lightly tart, earthy, mellow funk. Smooth and easy. Wish I had more of it.

Bottle, at share, thanks to me. Pours hazy gold. Saison esters, lemon, orange zest, grain, some salinity. Medium body. Good.

Poured from 750mL bottle (bottled June 2021). Hazy gold with small white head. Brett, light funk, tough of oak. Enjoyable.

More Brett than flavor in some parts, wish I got more of the orange zest, but it's nice nonetheless. Bottled July 2018. Thank you Seattle for the great times

The Aromas are mainly caramel malt, tart, with a little Citrus Oak and funk. Flavors are like nose, medium tartness is in front with balanced sweet and dry in back with just raid bitterness. Great finish and excellent body. Really easy drinking. Very nice beer.

750 ml bottle. Aroma is bretty, funky, lemon, wood, vanilla. Pours hazy golden with a thick white head that collapses into a blanket after a minute. Taste is lightly sour (4/10), funky and complex. I'm liking the nose more than the taste here, but it's definitely not bad. I'm not really getting the orange zest here at all. Highly carbonated foamy mouthfeel. Another great and weird beer from Holy Mountain.

This was a good choice for rating 3000! Nice sweet and sour going on here, with a good grainy sweetness, mild tartness, and some seriously cheesy funk. A bit of toe-jam and bleu cheese. Semi-dry at finish. Nice medium-light body. Lightly cloudy golden yellow, med head.

Bottle drunk at Haymaker, 12/1/17.
Lightly hazy, pale-straw-golden with a small but thick/dense, fairly-well-retained, white head.
Brett, brett and more brett in the nose is quite enjoyable, with even some earthy/dusty character to match the more lighthearted, lime-tinged notes. Pear and apple are there too and the backing malt has a biscuity, cream-of-wheat-like character to it that doesn't interrupt the force of the Brett. As it unfolds, oak becomes more apparent, though it's not too toasted, and light lactic acidity enters the mix, as well. Some peppery phenols complete the picture and it has neither alcohol nor flaw.
In the mouth it's tart, though with a soft, supple, albeit very well-attenuated body that is dry and tannin-heavy. Lemon-lime, dusty, farmy, rustic grains and Brett acids lead to more oak and lactic acid, keeping the finish quite tart and full of various bacterial/wild yeast complexities. Maybe gets a bit too carried-away on that account, as the base beer does seem rather lost in the shuffle, but the soft, chewy, tannin and wheat or whatever grain is here, mostly prevails and as long as you don't mind some citric character and fairly strong acidity overall, it's mostly enjoyable.
