Trübes goldenes Bier mit einer geringen weißen schaumkrone. Geruch torfig, rauchig malzig, trocken. Geschmack säuerlich, holzig, Torf, kraut.

CBC weekend opener, morning tasting @Ronny & Alex’s appartment - cheers team, 30/04/15. Lightly hazed yellow/pineapple jus colouration with a decent off white covering. Nose is pissy citrics, light smoke, straw, wood, bitter orange, TCP. Taste comprises subtle peated notes, whisky licks, lemon peel, light acidic rinse, damp hay, wood must, tarte peach. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with light barrel notes. Ok BA sour but perhaps a little unrefined and not something I’d revisit.

29th April 2015
Mini tasting at Ronnie’s Flat, Copenhagen. Hazy gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light and dry and mildly crisp. Lemony sourness turning a little acid. Strong smoky streak with some peat. Light semi dry finish. Lemon acid and peaty smoke - perfect! Blegh!

Bottle@Ronny and Alex's pad - fuzzy gold pour with tiny white head. Aroma and taste is grassy, yeasty, smokey notes going on, not my cup of tea this. ---Sent via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle from Kihoske, Copenhagen. Poured a hazy straw colour with a round white head. The aroma is sickly yeast, acid cirus. The flavour is light sour with a crisp yeast lemon acidic palace. Light bodied witn average carbonation.
