Draught. Creamy White good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Light malty and hoppy strange mint aroma. Light bitter flavor. Short light biter strange flavor. Oily palate. Unharmonic.

Keg at CBC Islington with Henrik. Pours clear gold with a big, foamy white head. The nose has some dried citrus peel, minty impressions. Light sweet flavour with herbal bitterness, dried pale malts, lemon peel. Light bodied with average carbonation. More herbal notes to finish, some grass, lemon peel, understated cooling mint. Novelty stuff.

Keg at Shilling Brewing Company. Clear golden body with a thin white head. Lively carbonation. Good lacing. Aroma of mint, white grape, lime and grass. Flavour of vine tomato, lime pith and fresh mint. Thin body with a smooth texture. Light fizz. It’s clean and interesting, but I reckon more than a half pint would be too much.

On keg at the Stockbridge Tap. Appearance - cloudy golden with a generous head. Nose - light spice and that intriguing herb that makes complete sense when someone says ’’there’s mint in this’’. Also, some dried orange and white pepper. Taste - more of the same. The mint is in the beer, but not overly dominant. Palate - close to medium bodied with a tangy texture. The finish is dry and elegant. Overall - love it. But then if you don’t like mint.............

Clear golden beer with a white head. Aroma of sweet fruit but mostly dry mint. Very strange. Flavour has dry mint too (the herb, rather than a minty sweet), along with bread, light citrus and bitter hop. Odd but refreshing and tasty. I honestly couldn’t say if I *like* but it’s certainly not one of those self-indulgent novelty beers you’re sometimes subjected to.
