Pucker is a series of Sour IPAs that utilize a variety of fruit-forward hops. For this release, we selected some of our favorite berry-forward hops and introduced a novel sour yeast strain, resulting in notes of sour mango candies, juicy nectarines, berry compote, and tart lemon curd. We then conditioned this beer on tangy hibiscus flowers and strawberry purée, lending notes of red berry jams and strawberry ice cream! It's so tasty, unique, and refreshing.

Pours a moderately hazy, pale honey-gold, with big, lasting head. Aroma is sour berry and wild yeast. Flavor follows. Mouthfeel is fairly clean and crisp.

16 oz can. thank you Adam. Aroma is lemon, old crackers, old cheese. Flavor has more tart/ sour with old sour citrus. This style is always so odd for me.

Can pour shared by AdamChandler--thanks Adam! at OT Camp tasting. Hazy golden yellow, ring of head, no lacing. Aroma is strong citrus, earth, tart fruit, including strawberry. Taste is strong sweet/tart strawberry, fruit. Smooth, frothy texture, soft carbonation, finish as taste.

Almost clear bronze. Small, off-white head.
Minimal berry and sourness with light biscuit and honey. Soft juice and pale malts with bright, woody hops and soft dough.
Sour, lightly metallic with light berry juice and light sourness. Waxy honey and juicy tropical fruit from the mix of lactic acidity.
