Can. Nice IPA. Very slight cloudy, gold in color with a very nice two finger head and some lace. Aroma is light fruitiness with a touch of very light, clean pine. Taste is slightly sweet up front with fruitiness and bitterness in the middle and a bitter finish.

Draft at the source. Clear yellow color white head with good retention and solid lacing. Nice floral aroma. Bitter earthy taste. Works for me.

Icy cold 8 week old can into a tulip. A: Hazy medium pale gold with an inch of frothy foam. Good retention and patches of lace. S: Sweet spuce scent with light lemon/orange notes. T: Once allowed to warm a bit, taste is light, very bitter and piney up front, fleshing out slightly with dry lemon or grapefruit pith and eventually a bit of tart fruit. M: Crisp and light but also thin and watery. Clean dry finish. O: Not bad tasting and kudos for being a bit different but overall this does not offer enough substance to warrant repeat purchases.

Sample at the Biltmore Village taproom. Pours a slightly hazy bright yellow color with a thin white head that evaporates quickly to an outer ring. Spotty lacing. Grassy hops, citrus and malt in the nose. Light body with flavors of floral hops, citrus and biscuit malt. The finish is mildly bitter with a grassy hop aftertaste. Decent overall.
