Bottle at home. Aroma of wheat, citrus, lemon. Flavour is moderate sour and salty. Finish is rather dry. Body is light to medium. A pleasant refreshing Gose, sufficiently sourish and salty.

Fles 33cl thuis. Licht zuur, witte wijn neiging, boterzacht, hop (Hallertau Mittelfrüh), wat wrang, ergens een maltje, de hop geeft het een Duits tintje. (16-8-2019).

From the bottle. Pale yellow with a white, frothy head. Lemon lime aroma—smells like Sprite. Taste is tart with an increasing saltiness that plays out at the finish. Medium to light body, slightly watery texture. Refreshing. Okay but not my favorite style.

(bottle, 33cl) Hazy, yellow colour with a blond medium-sized frothy head. Yeasty, slightly doughy wheaty aroma with citrus, lactic notes, white pepper and a whiff of iodine. Moderately sour and delicately salty flavour, light to medium bodied with a creamy carbonation. Initially slightly salty wheat character with grainy and doughy spots, citrus-fruits peppery spice and a tinge of seaweed; moderately sour-tart and slightly salty finish. Balanced and refreshing. 08.V.18

Bottle. Color: Clear pale golden, white head. Taste: Rather strange mix of below medium sweet, soft sour and lightly salty notes and some pretty weird spicy candy-like notes, probably the seaweed. Thin body, a bit like flavored spring water. Below average carbonation. Very different from the gose beers I have tasted in Goslar, although I have to admit the the typical salty notes are more present in this beer. Interesting style. Refreshing. Overall not really my beer, but I am glad I had the change to taste it.
