Draft - soured wheat and nice salty notes. Clear yellow gold with a small white head. Soured wheat, nice salt and a very clean finish. Solid.

On tap at the Taphouse Copenhagen. Leicht trübes hell goldgelbes Bier mit einer geringen weißen schaumkrone. Geruch ist leicht säuerlich fruchtig, limetten, Salz. Geschmack ist mild säuerlich fruchtig limetten, Ingwer, spritzig, okay.

Draught at Gollem. Cloudy yellow with a thin white head. Aroma of grain and salt. Flavour is lime bread, salt, nicely balanced, nothing too dominant.

Bottle: Nearly clear, pale, slightly rosed gold with a small white head. Grain, salt, lemon scent. Milky lemon, grain malt, salt flavour. Nice and simple.... Pretty much a textbook example.

On tap at Jopenkerk, Haarlem. Pours hazy golden, medium white head. Citrus, wheat, some salt, yeast. Sweetish with some acidity. Light bodied. More body would be nice.

Bottle. Sour milk, lemon. biscuit malt, and straw aroma. Hazy pale yellow with moderate head. Mildly sweet-tart lemon, milky biscuit malt, light salt, and very mildly bitter straw flavor. Good body. A great straight-forward gose.
