8/XI/17 - 33cl bottle from De Hopduvel (Gent) @ home - BB: 23/V/19 (2017-1867)

Clear pale straw yellow beer, big creamy white head, little stable, falls down quickly. Aroma: pretty dusty, spicy, coriander, little dirty. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: nice acidic start, bit lemony, pretty salty, lime, so obviously I'm thinking of tequila now :p, little spicy. Aftertaste: spicy touch, bit fruity, lime juice, bit saline, slightly bitter, pretty refreshing, was hoping to get more of that sea weed.

Bottle. Hazy yellow colour. Moderate white head. Average retention. Aroma: salt, spice, pleasant yeast. Light body. Light sour taste. Refreshing. Slightly salty. Wheaty. Spicy. Not bad at all.

Bottle. Hazy yellow color with creamy white head. Aroma is lemony, lacto, dough, touch of salt. Taste is lemony, more dough, wheat, lacto, a bit herbal, with a refreshing saltiness. Silky mouthfeel, medium carbonation, mineralic finish. Super-refreshing, with a nice lemon-and-salt character. Works very well, although it’s unspectacular.

Tap at oedipus. Pours pale yellow. Aroma is puke, acidic, wheat, lacto cube nonsense. Flavor is also lacto cube nonsense. Body is watery. It has some nice lemon sourness, but otherwise nah.

Tap. Tasted on the 12/05/2017 at TapHouse (Copenhagen). Hazy yellow colour with a small white head. Aroma of light malts, lemon, slightly salt and tart. Taste is light sour and salty with a slightly citrus finish. Next one please!

Bottle. Clear yellow color big white head. Coriander aroma with subtle lemon. Taste is earthy coriander, straw, very light tartness. Easy drinking summer beer.
