A light yellow beer, strong bubbling, a head is big and blond. Aroma has lemon, tartness and wheat. Taste has lemon, light wheat, nice and medium tartness, some salt. Quite light bodied, strong carbonation and nicely fresh. Succesfully and balanced. Tasteful and refreshning.

Bottled. Poured light golden, unclear with a thin white head. Wheaty, salty and spicy brew. Pleasant wit aroma, flavor quite tart, some salt and apricots. Light and refreshing. Citrus in finish as well.

Bottle thanks to Fergus. It pours lightly hazy pale yellow with a small white head. The aroma is earthy, salty, grassy, herbal and light lactic vibe. The taste is crisp, tart, salted lemons, minerals, lactic acidity, grass, cracker and earth with a dry finish. Medium body and fine, prickly carbonation. Easy drinking stuff. Not bad,

Bottle shared at the Watford tasting, many thanks to Me. A hazed yellow , straw coloured pour with a fine white head. Aroma is zippy lemon rind, salty, pithy lemon, floral cirrus. Palate is crisp and dry, refreshing, pithy lemon, highish carbonation. Flavour is composed of tangy pithy lemon rind, tangy, salty, straw. Good stuff.

Bottle shared in Watford - big thanks to Fergus! Pours lightly hazy yellow-gold with a frothy, white head. Light hay in the nose, dry wheat, lemon peel. Light sweet flavour with ripening lemon, low acidity, mild bitterness. Light bodied with average carbonation. Finishes with moderate lemony tang, more relaxed acidity, faint bitter straw. Drinks pretty good.
