10 oz draft at Lua Brewing Company in Des Moines, Iowa. The pour is a clear golden copper with a ½ inch white head. The aroma is cereal and cracker malt, a nice bread, toast, and soft herbal yeast. The taste is the malt character, nice toasted bread, along with a soft caramel sweetness. The herbal character carries the finish. The palate is medium bodied with soft natural carbonation and the gentle mineral softly sweet herbal finish. Nice one.
