To say that we’ve embraced bringing back the Oat Cream twist to our hoppy beers would be an understatement. Taking inspiration from the thick, pulpy beers of the US hop pioneers, we’re really finding this style is resonating throughout the brewhouse and with our fans alike, and after loading it up through TIPAs and IPAs, we’ve brought it down to pale ale strength on Starburster. Our brewers have truly found the key to imparting as much of that flavour into our beers to create thick, creamy hop-forward juicebombs. With hot side Ella additions offset by a huge dry hop bill of Azacca, Ekuanot, and Krush, this pale ale is positively dripping with sun-drenched tropical notes of mango, peach, and citrus fruits. Slathered with a final addition of lactose to boot, this is everything we love about brewing hop-forward beer and more.

Tap at Peders Brewskival Warmup event 21/08/2025 (confusion on style at first but Peders owner Jonas confirmed it as a hazy pale on keg info, just has a thick "oat"ed creamy "pale" malt base and not a "cream ale") Juicy fruity aroma and taste offering up a plethora of tropical and citrus fruit, getting some grapefruit and papaya, citrus rinds, creamy soft oat infused pale malts, balanced bitter hoppy finish. Solid pale.
