A super-crisp and aromatic West Coast IPA brewed with handpicked juniper branches from the hillsides of Bønes, just behind our brewery in Bergen. Expect piney top notes, a bone-dry finish, and a sharp, citrusy bitterness that lingers just long enough. Balanced, bold and moreish ?

From can at MB2 31.01.26. Slightly hazy straw colour. Diminishing white head. Excellent aroma and taste of American hopa, pineapple, grapefruit, white wine and slightly sweet pale malt. Juniper s not very evident. Well-balanced and vey quaffable!!!

Can @ home. Slightly unclear golden body under a big, stable white head. Aroma and taste are like a nice classic old school IPA, smooth malt, biscuit, fruity hops, hint of pine and nice bitterness. I can’t say I found any association with forest etc. here besides some pine, but this was a nice and refreshing version of a classic IPA and that suits me nice as we don't see them too often this days.

0,33 boks fra fjernlageret i Verksgata, hjemme: lett uklar gylden med fint skum. Navnet gjenspeiles elegant og overbevisende i såvel aroma som smak. God maltsmak og fin bitterhet i den tørre halvavslutningen.

On tap at Christianssands Brygghus. Dry and quite bitter, fruity, with a sour touch. Really herbal after it warms a bit. Refreshing and quenching. 747414 250831

200ml draught at Brygg. Next-to-clear golden body, upper part lacing on the glassware, covering white head. Slightly spiced fruity aromas, with a citric bite, inviting. Rounded taste profile of spiced citrus, forest, herbs, and a piney touch towards the finish. Fine bodied. Refreshing. (Oslo, 16.08.2025).
