A vibrant and juicy pale ale. Eclipse hops from Australia bring tropical and citrussy notes, especially pineapple and mandarin, with a flavoursome zesty finish and a hint of caramel sweetness.

I'm a little too far north for the habitat of the firecrest bird, but I'll make do with this blonde firecrest named beer in my own habitat instead. Hoppy, very easy session ale with a very light fruit-sweetness at the end of its aftertaste.

On cask at Dragon Tap, Rotherham - Clear pale yellow body, solid white head. Very slightly grassy undertones, easy going sweet citrus notes, good sessionable brew.
