16oz can pours a murky yellow with some creamy white head. Nose has straw and lemon, some grist. Flavor is tart and lemony, salty, straw. Tart, medium full.

Charlton draught, 9/18/25.
Biscuits and rustic grain with a pinch of peachy lacto and not a whole lot of clearly discernible Sacch. That said, I also don't get a noseful of clove or bubble gum. Some pepper lingering alongside more peach. Low acidity.
Peachy-tart lactic acidity with a healthy backing of grain. Good malt depth and attenuation with a bit of Sacch on the finish. Pepper and fruit. No clove or bubblegum is a great thing. Well-done, albeit weird to kettle sour a saison.

Pours a mildly hazy (almost murky) gold-lemon yellow, with mid-sized head. Aroma has a very strong note of sour wheat ester that kind of overpowers everything else (not necessarily a bad thing). Very sour flavor, with some citrus and some wheat and banana esters. Mouthfeel is fairly clean and crisp. This isn't bad.
