Woodstock draught, 8/22/25.
Heavily hazy, pale golden-maize-bronze. Big, fluffy, white head.
Light fruit salad and a fair bit of sweet lime in the nose with cracker, and gently fruity yeast. Clean with light mineral and earth. Not as explosively aronatic as some in the series, but polished, nonetheless.
Dry and with a nutty, almost wheat-like blandness. Earth, mineral, low but ample bitterness. Wouldn't mind some sweetness/juiciness from somewhere as this is borderline austere. It does soften, somewhat, as it warms and breathes. Lime zest and mild fruit salad lingering.
