750ml bottle from Cat in the Glass. Golden colour, white foam head that dissipates to a thin rim and aroma of apple, earthy, funk. Taste is sweetish, juicy, fruity apple, alittle funky hint, with some drying fleshy tannins. Medium bodied, light carbonation, medium-dry tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
