Giōrgü Pilsner is an Italian-style dry-hopped pilsner. Proudly made with 100% Northeast grown floor malted barley from Blue Ox Malthouse and the finest quality German Tettnanger and Hallertau Mittelfrüh hops. Crisp, clean, and easy drinking, this light lager is a perfect pairing for rich and spicy tomato sauces or your favorite Calabrian dish. GP is currently only available for on-site can pours but we should have this one available to-go in a week or two once our revised labels come in.

Can at home watching the Bs. Dirty gold pour and some white top to it but small and displaying. Nose is herbal and malty. Tastes of malt, herbs, floral, bread, some lime zest. Chewy palate.

Can pour at the brewery, 8/24/25.
Very hazy and very deep golden-maize for a Pils. Small, white head.
Clean with rustic malt and big herbal hop. Light pepper, light cracker, bread. Very full as their pilsners have been lately, but this one smells pretty crisp, too, on the finish.
Light and lemony. Low carb, good attenuation but just so much chewy body. No intense bread or oxidation like some of their pilsners have had lately. But it's a lot and it's only borderline refreshing on account of the rich malt and super chewy textures. Good herbal notes but only gentle bitterness. I mean, I love the malt character, and it's clean and fairly hoppy, but these "pilsners" are more like dortmunders.
