Kingston Black is one of the world's greatest cider apples. A legendary bittersharp, it produces a complex, full bodied drink. Flavours of orange wine gums, frangipane, dried apricots, and rounded out with gentle tannins to finish. This very special bottling was made possible by a fruit exchange with our dear friend James at Little Pomona, who sourced apple sfrom Hill Farm near Hereford for us. This one is absolutely ideal with a sausage roll.

750ml bottle from Cat in the Glass. Slightly hazed orangey golden colour, short-lived white foam head and aroma of apple, fruit, funk. Taste is tangy, appley, fruity, funky & musty, with leather, oak & vanilla hints, some tartness and drying tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry tannic finish. Nicely drinkable, well balanced.
