Resistencia Espontánea is a blend of two worlds. Two equal parts of our beer must and the must of the finest Verdejo grapes in the world, full of life, spontaneously fermented in French oak barrels without any added yeast or bacteria, until it becomes this fantasy you hold in your hands. With the acidity and fruity notes of natural Verdejo wines, a pleasant sweetness, and a soft, fresh carbonation. Re-fermentation in the bottle. Enjoy it in good company because it is a unique creation.

A bit hazy golden yellow. Notes of grape, lightly acidic, faint oak, and a little tart in the finish. Medium bodied. I wasn’t expecting much but this is a very solid entry level wild ale. I dig it.
