Aus der Flasche (Harvest 2022 / 8,0% Abv) im 2026-07 getrunken. Dieses purpurne Cider startet mit einer kräftige Säure und Apfelaroma. Die Blaubeeren kann man nur im Hintergrund erahnen. Hier hätte ich ein deutlicheres Aroma erwartet. Die Säure steigert sich zunehmend, das die Balance am Ende nicht perfekt ist. Ein spannende Cider!

Draught @ De Mederie. Pours a reddish amber with a faint mist. An apt cider for today. Fruity blueberry nose, wild air. Quite a robust acidic tang from the start here, sharp wild blueberry, natural wild nuances, long acidic linger. Lovely.
