Bottle from a trade, shared with tderoeck. Many thanks! Hazy dark pink/purple colour, almost no foam. Nose of blueberries, vinegar, sour red wine. Taste is fruity and sour, very very very sour, pure vinegar, almost undrinkable. Unbalanced and way to sour.

7/VII/18 - 75cl bottle @ JefVerstraete's place - BB: n/a, 2016 vintage (2018-816) Thanks to JefVerstraete for sharing the bottle!
Clear ruby red beer, small creamy off-white head, little stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: very fruity, lots and lots of blueberries, blueberry jam, bit funky, some vinegar notes. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: super acidic, vinegar, lemon juice, way too sourish, slightly fruity, but mainly all the fruit is overpowered by the vinegar. Aftertaste: just more and more vinegar, lemon juice, bit fruity, dirty, way too acidic. We poured small glasses, but were unable to finish them. What the hell is this stuff? Horrible...

Bottle 75 cl. Pours an almost clear dark red with a small, off-white head. Intense aroma of wood and sour blueberries with a distinct acetic acid edge. Medium body, in spite of the sourness there's actually also a lot of berry sweetness lurking in there, but your receptors tend to focus on the sourness. Really great blueberry notes. Refreshing - until the second it gives you heartburn. And it WILL give you heartburn..... 010518
