Plzeňský Prazdroj přichází s novým limitovaným pivem z programu Speciály z Prazdroje, tentokrát ve spolupráci s rodinným minipivovarem The Barn Beer co. Výsledkem je Sehraný, chmelový speciál s jemně citrusovým aroma, který propojuje zkušenost velkého pivovaru s tvůrčí energií craftové scény.

Tap at the Šťáhlavicka pivoluce. The brewer confirmed it was the Urquell version. Hazy yellow-golden body, off-white head. Citric, soft, floral and juicy aroma, bit of resin. Lychee to gooseberry notes in the smooth, lightly, herbal, bitterish taste. Starting to age a bit, overall it's solid, but not staller. Damn... which I could've gotten the The Barn version fresh to compare, but this is holding up nicely for Popovice-brewed modern hoppy ales.

From tap as "Zladený" @ Srdcovka Urban Pub. Head is big, white, good retention. Colour is deep gold, hazy. Aroma is citrus, floral, grapefruit, bit caramel. Taste is medium malty base, light citrus, grapefruit, lupulin oil, nice balanced harmonic long lasting bitterness, medium carbonation, good one, enjoyed.

Med-thin body, med-high carbo. Med-high bitterness, soft, elegant. Light sweetness, candyish crystaly. Overall quite clean feeling. Pretty classic hops character, medium piney, citrusy, med-light resiny, zesty. Crushable, refreshing, dangerous. Drank 2.
