Voici Pur Peacharine, la dernière création de notre série de New England Pale Ale mono-houblon. Comme son nom l’indique, cette Pale Ale à 5,5 % est houblonnée exclusivement avec du Peacharine

Notes de la brasserie : L’arôme dévoile des accents intenses de fruits à noyau et de zestes d’agrumes. La texture est riche et onctueuse. En bouche, dominent des notes de pêche et de nectarine, relevées par des touches d’orange et de lime. La finale est douce, avec une amertume très légère.

Thanks omhper! Hazy orange colour, small white head. Aroma is peach, some peacharine, mild mandarin and zest with some herbal tones. Flavour is kind of similar with some mild sweet malts to it.

Mid-hazed, golden-amber colour with a whitish head, average stay and some nice sticky lacing patches. Fruity aromas with mild stone fruits, but an interesting spicy-herbal touch comes out to lighten things up. The mouthfeel is lighter, somewhat wet and the dryness is quite mild. Light peaches in the flavours with a tad citrus zest and lime juice lingering. A very easy-drinking, mild Hazy Pale Ale with the Peacharine hops.

Canned, thanks Lubière! Cloudy straw colour, mid sized head. Aroma of peach and papaya. Mid sweet with light body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Papaya, grass and nectarine. Low bitterness.

A hazed milky yellow ale with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, light tropical fruits, classic. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity biscuit malt with resinous hops, light tropical fruits, light doughy character, pleasant and smooth. On tap at brewery.
