The sweetest cider we make, featuring our legendary cat Suzie on the label. Sweet and fruity, just like her.

5.6% bag in box direct from the brewery. It pours clear pale gold with a bubbly white head. The aroma is musty, farmyard, apple skin, bitter - sweet, ripe crunch apple, apple wine, apple pie, touch of spice and leather. The taste is crisp, dry, bitter - sweet, crunchy apple, touch of pucker, apple pie, sherbet, apple wine, light tannin, oak, gooseberry and apple skin with light tannins through the drying finish. Medium bodied with no carbonation.. Sweet for Ross on Wye but this would be a dry for many a cidery! Very nice.

Bladder bag box at the 34th Ealing Beer Festival 2025, day one, 09/07/2025.
Moderate haze on a golden orange pour topped with an off white cap that soon thins to the edge.
Nose is straw, dusty apple skins, caramel, herb.
Taste comprises bitter sweet apples, light funk, sugar dusting, tannins.
Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, drying close.
Solid ... didn't find this overly sweet at all.
