Draft at the brewpub. Nose is black pepperiness, with some pine, hints of bubblegum, and caramel. Hazy yellow orange with a small pale yellow tinged head. Mild peppery kick that escalates as you froth it in your mouth and pull in more air. There is mild bitterness, pine, and caramel with a yeasty note. Probably the best pepper beer I’ve had. Not overdone on the peppers, nicely balanced.
