A brand new recipe using Belma and Amarillo hops for lovely citrus fruits on the nose with hints of orange pith on the back. A delightful golden orange with lovely body.

The oldest souvenir I have is an unused sticker from 1980's Cheddar Gorge. Hazy golden colour with a creamy head. Bland creamy-hoppy effort, and the fusion is not a particularly good one either, with a dry, mostly flavourless finish, and dull aroma.

Cask at the Shaking Hand, Shirley, Solihull. Poured a mostly clear golden colour with a lasting frothy white head. The aroma is grainy, light grassy. The flavour is moderate bitter, with a smooth, fresh, grassy, piney, light citrus, spicy hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.
