Bottle at home in NH. ABV noted at 7.4%. This has aged a few years. Pours crystal clear gold, effervescent, with a moderate, foamy white head. Lightly sweet flavour with soft brett funk, some white grape, gummy candy hints, some ripening tangerine and lemon. Light bodied with lively, massaging carbonation. Decent balance to finish, more white grape, subdued funk, light dryness. Enjoyable.

Looks like they brought this beer back. My label is different but doesn’t say anything about dry hopping etc. cloudy gold. Nose is funky citrus. Tastes quite tart, rustic farmhouse, lemons, grass some wet wood. Crisp and delicious.

Reminds me of Fantome. One of the best Belgian farmhouse clones I have had! So clean. Lots of bubblegum and lemon drop. Coriander is hidden.

Poured into a tulip, a hazy yellow/orange glossy color shows its face with a thin sustaining cap of a white foamy head. Sly sliding lacing falls into beer.
The aroma takes on sweet pulpy lemon, sly bitter orange rind, sour notes, sly sweet wheat, and then grassy notes.
The flavor takes on a nice combined sour to sweet balance sliding into sly sticky notes of wheat, lemon pulp, grass and a little bit of spice into the aftertaste. Quick wet finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a spectacular sessionability about it. Carbonation rides fairly light.
Overall, damn nice saison that I could have again.

Bottle from the brewery. Pours a slightly hazy deep straw color with a good sized bubbly white head that slowly dissipates. Big fruity nose with and earthy funk edge to it. Tart earthy lightly bitter flavor with plenty of earthen funk to it. Touch of alcohol in the finish. Citrus sharpness melds wonderfully with the earthy rustic funk.

500ml bottle from the brewery. Nicely carbonated yellow hazy color. Aroma is yeast, fresh Pils malt and a very subdued hops.
Flavor is hay, floral notes, brett, and dusty yeast. Taste is spritzy carbonation, citrus, mild yeast, dry texture with a hint funky. Very crisp mouthfeel, light and easy.
