Our most mango-packed beer yet! We started with a base fermented for four months in tank using our most tropical-forward yeast strains, building layers of overripe tropical fruit, juicy fruit gummies, and a subtle touch of Brettanomyces funk. From there, we refermented it on an enormous 300 g/L of Indian Alphonso mango, amplifying the lush, fruit-saturated character to the max.

On tap at The Green Goddess, Blackheath Standard. Nose is mango, papaya, peach, orange. Taste is very similar. Very dry. Oodles of sweet & tart fruits in the close.

Bottle via the online shop. Hazed deep orange gold. Slim bubbly white foam. Nose has a load of mango flesh. Some peach. Bit of vanilla. Light funk. Taste is a little sweet and fruity with moderate tartness and a light acidity. Drinks like a smoothie with the ABV very well hidden. Juicy fruit tartness to finish. Nice one.
