This is not an egg beer. This is just a tribute.
...no, seriously, just to be clear, there is no egg in this beer. It does not contain any eggs. It’s a juicy New England IPA, we promise.
Hops: Eggers ESH1, Rakau. Idaho 7. Mosaic.

440ml can from Triple Point. Gluten Free. Hazy yellow gold colour, foamy white bubbly head and aroma of tropical fruit, oats, citrus, hops. Taste is sweet, malt, oats, grain, with juicy fruits, tropical notes, citrusy, and hop bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, drying fruity hoppy bitter finish. Nicely drinkable.

Can. Mitchell’s Wines. Hazed pale gold. Wisp of white. Nose has kind of a minty fruity bubblegum thing. Some Jusoda pop thing. Quite intriguing really. Clean dry grain backdrop. Taste is lightly sweet with decent bitterness overall. Easy drinking affair with brisk foamy carbonation. Dries out toward the finish. Good gear. Nice hoppage.
