Brassée pour l'éclipse partielle de cette année, Partially Aclipsis plonge dans l'ombre. Riche en éclats de cacao équatoriens, ce stout impérial est riche, sombre et dangereusement onctueux. Moitié lumière, moitié obscurité. Complètement inarrêtable.

Fairly clean, darker brown with some copper-ruby highlights. Aromas of chocolate, some booziness, roasted malts, a touch of coconut and hops. The taste shows the roasted barley with a touch of dark fruit, a tad sourness which is a little weird and hints of coffee. Not getting any of the maple syrup. Not the worst Imperial Stout, but not one well-balanced, that I would have again.

A deep dark brown stout with a thin mocha head. In aroma, sweet chocolate malt with dark fruits, light cacao, vanilla, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet chocolate malt with dark fruits, licorice, light vanilla, cacao, alcohol warmth, pleasant. Can at Oktoberfest de Repentigny 2025.
