Bottle sample courtesy of Cheeseboard, cheers Simon! Orange golden colour, no lasting head and aroma of apple, musty funk. Taste is appley, ripe fruit, caramel, orchardy, with leathery funk and mellow soft tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, drying light tannic finish. Nicely drinkable

Bottle from Darts Farm. Pours clear golden orange with dissipating opaque bubbbles. Rich aroma, caramel & apple, oaky, bittersweet, lightly dry finish. Medium body with low carbonation
