Brewed in celebration of our first birthday, this is the hoppiest beer we’ve ever made - full with layers of T90 & cryo citra, mosaic & galaxy for a huge, dank & juicy expression of the style

Panda at home, thanks to Kenneth, 14/09/2025.
Hazed orange topped with a lasting white head.
Nose is bitter tropicana, grass, melon, mandarin, papaya.
Taste comprises grapefruit, bitter tropical fruits, grass, pine nibble, mandarin.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light drying close spiked with juicy come lightly resinous hop bitterness.
Tidy enough DIPA if struggling to break into 4th gear.

Can. Hazy gold beer, small and short lived bubbly pale cream colour head. Airy palate, semi dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Thin bodied pale malts, a modest creamy sweetness. Crisp pine and a fair dose of hop spice. Flinty and slightly bitter citrus, touch of stone fruits. A light and semi dry finish leaves a long hop spicy linger. Not bad, a richer malt base would go a long way here.

500ml can. Murky golden, white head. Aroma of grapefruit, mango, dank weedy herbs. Taste of juicy tropical fruits, mango, passionfruit, grapefruit, with a big dank and weedy herbal flavour lasting til the end. Full bodied, soft. Never been a huge fan of Galaxy but it's used well here, good stuff.
