Early Swell rides in with Southern Cross hops from New Zealand (our head brewer Demetra’s favorite hop for West Coast-style brews) paired with punchy Mosaic Cryo from Washington. Expect waves of zesty lemon and grapefruit, pineapple, and pine to wash over the senses. True to its West Coast roots, it finishes with a refined, lingering bitterness that ties it all together, letting the hops shine from first sip to last.

Can pours with a clear gold colored body that supports a bright white head of foam. The aroma pulses with dank spicy garlic, tangy tangelo, tangerine and grapefruit. The taste delivers tangy bitter tangerine and grapefruit ringed with spicy onion dankness. Wow, this works great as a low boost West Coast IPA but the malt backbone is a tad different than a classic Pale. Damn this is good nonetheless.

On a three beer flight in the Pizza Store by OC Local; 5th September 2025. Very pale, light golden colour, clean and clear look, white wisp on top. Subtle hop content with both citrus and piney flavours over the semi-sweet malty base.
