Brewed nearly a decade ago, this Quad was fermented with tart cherries then allowed to rest a really long time in Bourbon barrels and virgin Oak. After blending, the result is this super complex barrel-heavy, slightly tart deliciousness. Allow to warm in the snifter for maximum enjoyment of the layers of flavors. Cheers!

4 oz draft. Aroma is bold oak, bourbon. Flavor has great malt presence with mild cherry. 🍒 Very soft lingering bourbon. Pretty enjoyable
